Beauty creators have wanted a faster way to try looks for years — a full glam routine (concealer, brow, lid, lip, blend, blot, photograph) takes twenty minutes per look. @swatchlab built an AI version in late 2025, and the format went mainstream in February 2026 with #aimakeuptry on Instagram. It works because trying makeup is fundamentally about previewing: you don't need a video, you need to see your face in the look.

Is the output a photo or a video?
Both — toggle between a still and a short looped preview at the top of the page.
Does it match my skin tone?
Yes. The model preserves your skin tone and adapts the look (e.g., lip colors that complement your undertone).
Can I tweak intensity?
Pick a different preset — Soft Glam vs Editorial Bold covers the range. Fine-grained sliders are coming.
Can I get a product list to recreate it?
Not yet. We're working with beauty brands on shoppable looks.
