Terms of Service

By using Trending Slop you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, stop using the service.

Trending Slop generates short AI videos and images from a photo you upload, applied to trending visual styles. We don't guarantee accuracy, likeness, or that any specific trend will be available at any time.

You must own the rights to any photo you upload, or have permission from the person in it. Don't upload photos of minors, of people who didn't consent, or anything illegal.

You keep ownership of your uploads. You grant us a limited license to process them only to deliver the service you requested.

Credits are one-time purchases that don't expire. They're non-refundable except where required by law. Payments are processed by our payment provider.

Don't use Trending Slop to harass, defame, or deceive. Don't generate sexual content involving real people without consent, or any content involving minors. We can suspend accounts that violate these rules.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We can suspend or terminate accounts for abuse or repeated violations.

The service is provided "as is". We're not liable for indirect damages or content generated by users. Our total liability is capped at what you paid us in the prior 12 months.

We may update these terms. If we make material changes we'll notify you in-app or by email.
